Kancho (a.k.a. Eva)

Hi, my name is Eva!

*DOB : June 13, 2023 / Weight : 4.5kg (9.92 lbs) / Jindo mix girl
*Female (very healthy and fully vetted)

Last June, I was born in Jeongeup local shelter in Korea, performing euthanasia every month. My mom was taken to the shelter in May and no one inquired to adopt her during the notice period. Thus, she was about to be subjected to euthanasia in June. However, before euthanasia, people in the local shelter discovered that my mom was pregnant, so she was excluded from euthanasia for a while.
After mommy gave us birth, fortunately, my brother and little sister found their family in Korea and Canada, and my mom and I were rescued as well. Thanks to a lot of support from people, all of my family can escape from fear of being euthanized.
My mom and I moved to a foster home in Boston to find our own forever family. I am so happy to be with my human sister and other dog friends. My favorite times are going for a walk with my foster parents and sleeping all together in the same bed.
I am young and curious, so I’d love to meet a family who can teach me what is the beauty of living life. I love to play tug of war with my foster mom and run around by smelling fresh grass and flower trees!
Since I am still a little puppy, I am shy to go closer to people first, but I wag my tail when people pet me.
