Hi, my name is Harper!
I am a 10-month-old girl, and fully vetted. I weight 20lbs (9kg)
I came to Uljin shelter in Korea last winter.
I was captured after one of the locals reported me because I was walking around the neighborhood on a cold day. Unfortunately the shelter performed euthanization every month. I was only three months old then, and I thought my life was going to end there. But thanks to my rescuer, I was able to avoid the euthanization and meet my foster family in Korea. I got spayed and fully vetted while I was with my foster family, and then I was ready to fly to U.S.
Another foster family in San Francisco took me in. Initially I was terrified of going for a walk, or even wearing a harness. With care and training from my foster family, I learnt not to be scared, and now I can enjoy my walk and sniff around the neighborhood! I even prefer outdoor potty now.
After some journey, I am currently staying with my new foster family in San Diego. I hangout with three family dogs and my little human!
Once I get to know someone, I will trust you and show you my love.
I get along with other dogs, learn from them, and also love playing with them.
If you think I’ll be a great fit for your family, please submit an application!
