Joie
Hi! My name is Joie.
🐾Laika & Jindo mix / between 2 years old girl/ Weight : 18.66 lbs (13kg)
🐾Female (Spayed and fully vetted)
I used to live on the streets, but local residents reported me, and I was taken to a shelter in Uljin, Korea. I was probably about six months old at the time. As a young puppy, I had to survive in the shelter even when an infectious disease spread, without receiving any basic vaccinations. Since I was still young, I was spared from the quarterly euthanasia, but I lived in constant fear, not knowing when my time would come.
Then, the day of my scheduled euthanasia approached, but miraculously, I was rescued just two days before. I got my vaccinations, was spayed, and became healthy again. Finally, I was freed from the fear of being put down and could breathe easy.
Now, I'm in foster care, and I've learned to love people again. I also learned how to have fun with other dogs, and I really enjoy going for walks. People who meet me during walks say I’m so cool and lovable! I’ve even had leash manners training.
I am ready to meet my new furever family.
I can’t wait to meet my furever family. If you think I’ll be a good fit for your family, please submit an application for adoption!
