*Female (very healthy and fully vetted / spayed surgery scheduled in December)
I was born in June 2023 in a local shelter that performs euthanasia quarterly. My mom was a stray dog and taken to a shelter. Soon she was on the list of euthanasia because there was no adoption inquiry during her notice period. Fortunately, she could avoid euthanasia temporarily due to her pregnancy, and that's how my story begins.
I am playful when I am by myself, but still a bit shy when people are around. My foster mom told me I am a smart baby who learned how to use pee pee pad already! I am still a little afraid to go closer to people, but my foster mom says I am getting better and better every day! I actually love my foster family, so I am wagging my tails when they come to pet me with warm hearts. I am curious about everything since everything is new to me! Until recently the shelter that I was born and raised was the only world, but this new place seems to be much more fun! I can play a tug of war with my foster mom all day in this new place, which I love the most! I also love to stay in my warm comfy bed and sleep on the couch.
