Hi! My name is Ruby.

I lived in the mountains of rural area in Korea and spent my days with hunger and fear. I do not remember exactly how long I have been there, but my life changed when a kind man found me. When the rescuer found me, he thought that I am a lost dog because I look so beautiful. So, he took me to the vet for scanning a microchip and looked for my owner. However, nothing scanned on me, and he realized that I am not a lost, but abandoned.

Thankfully, he decided to rescue/foster me and made me get regular health check-up and vaccinations. After staying with a loving foster family in Korea, I recently moved to San Jose, California, where I am searching for my forever home! My foster parents say I am a beautiful dog with the most charming eyes. They especially love my shiny coat and my cute, chubby paws. I am getting along well with other dogs, have great leash manners, and I absolutely love treats! :)
