Hi, my name is WooYu, meaning “Milk” in Korean.
I am a petite Jindo mixed girl and weigh only 13kg (28.6 lbs)!
I am 4 years old, spayed and fully vetted.
My current foster mom saw my photos on the shelter’s Instagram account. I was smiling even though I was on the euthanasia list, and my foster mom couldn’t let me die. She took me in despite it was her first time fostering a Jindo, but she said I was a good girl from the start.
I’m a gourmet foodie who loves to have my kibbles mixed with other flavorful toppings. I really like snacks, eggs, and meat.
I am very quiet and calm while I’m home. I spend more than half of the day sleeping and stretch from time to time. I like toys, but only new toys, please! When I’m outside, I am a jolly girl! I love human and doggy friends. I get along with kids well too!
I don’t bark at other dogs even when they bark at me. I only barked twice very briefly before, and it’s when I went over to sniff a new friend and found out she can’t be a boyfriend material. I am not very interested in becoming friends with other female dogs.
I always approach my foster mom so she can pet me. I am very loving and sweet.
One thing to keep in mind… I only potty outside, and I’ll hold potty all day on a rainy day. Umbrellas really scare me… If I am super desperate, I’ll go to the backyard, but I highly prefer pottying during my walks.
I want to meet a loving family I can spend the rest of my life with.
